Online Purchases

What happens if I don’t like the products I ordered?

Unfortunately we do not offer samples of products.

We are unable to offer returns due to change of mind.

No returns on sale items except as required by law.

What about if the product breaks, is faulty, or is not what I ordered?

In this case, we will happily provide you with a refund, replacement, exchange or store credit, including all postage costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

I purchased a product from a salon and it's faulty/broken, what do I do?

For purchases not made via our website, please contact your original place of purchase so they can get in touch with us to organise a replacement.

How to return products
